New team members in JŠK

During summer, JŠK has extended its team by new members.

Barbora Šafaříková joined the team as a junior lawyer. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and she also studied European Law at KU Leuven in Belgium. Prior to joining JŠK, Barbora gained experience in competition law and public procurement. Simultaneously, she focuses on civil, commercial and corporate law.

Michal Kastl and Světlana Kubišová joined as paralegals. With their addition, the number of professional advisors at JŠK has increased to 21.

Seminar: Hiring & Firing - Practical Czech Labour Law and Tax Tips (not only) for Expats

JŠK in cooperation with ASB cordially invite you to the seminar Hiring & Firing - Practical Czech Labour Law and Tax Tips (not only) for Expats. The seminar is mainly intended for expat managers and will take place on Thursday June 18, 2015 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at JŠK offices. Entry is free of charge. Breakfast briefing: Damages and their economic aspects

JŠK in cooperation with Association of in-house lawyers of the Czech Republic (UPP) and RSM TACOMA organised a seminar about Damages and their economic aspects on Thursday May 21, 2015.

Presenters were Eva Nováková (Partner, JŠK), Petra Dyčková (Senior lawyer, JŠK), Radka Svobodová (Head of Valuation, RSM Tacoma) and Rudolf Hájek (Manager, RSM Tacoma).
