That was the title of a presentation given by our partner, Marta Fišnerová, at the latest annual conference at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, held under the auspices of the Czech Insurance Association, the Czech Insurers' Bureau, and the Všehrd Association of Czech Lawyers.

Marta shared insights from our litigation practice as well as concerns about what the future of evidence might look like in light of AI developments — and there was no shortage of issues to discuss. The presentation also included a “black chronicle,” showcasing instances where AI went wrong and the consequences or potential consequences those failures had.
