“Will there still be a need for paralegals and junior lawyers in law firms with such a massive rise of AI?” This was one of the most interesting questions asked this year during the ELSA Job Fair at the Faculty of Law, Charles University.

Representing JŠK, our junior lawyers Lenka Dvořáková and Martin Kubeš, along with paralegal Matěj Sedlák, joined the discussion. The conversation touched on first steps in legal practice, skill development, and what a career path at our firm might look like.

Other curious and very practical questions also came up—exactly the kind that reassures us that there really is no need to worry about the future of the legal profession.
