JŠK has provided legal advice to Raiffeisenbank a.s. in connection with the refinancing of three fully leased office buildings in Prague owned by the CIMEX Group. The transaction covered Vyšehrad Garden and Vista House in the Pankrác business district, as well as Garden Eleven at Kubánské náměstí.
Vyšehrad Garden comprises 3,900 m² of office space, while Vista House offers 7,500 m² across five floors of modern, flexible offices in one of Prague’s most sought-after business locations. Garden Eleven adds nearly 10,000 m² of office space to the refinanced portfolio.
The CIMEX Groupis one of the largest private real estate investors in the Czech Republic. Its portfolio includes hotels, office buildings, and residential developments, among them the country’s largest hotel chain, OREA Hotels & Resorts with 20 hotels, 13 office buildings, several residential properties, and the historic St. Gabriel Monastery. The refinancing will further strengthen the long-term stability of CIMEX’s portfolio and support the continued growth of its Prague office projects.
