The JŠK legal team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil, with significant support from senior associate Jan Koprnický in an executive role and assistance by junior lawyer Filip Rebeka.
For the foreign aspects of the transaction, the team collaborated with colleagues from the PONTES network of law firms, specifically Gugushev & Partners in Bulgaria, BTA SOLIVAN in Poland and Graf Patsch Freisinger (formerly Graf Patsch Taucher) in Austria. The German law aspects of the transaction were handled by Lupp + Partner. Transaction advisory services to the seller were provided by Lubomír Dugovič and Jan Slabý of ECOVIS Corporate Finance CZ s.r.o.
"I was pleasantly surprised not only by JŠK's highly professional and empathetic approach, but also by the professionalism and flexibility of its partners, as our footprint extends across half of Europe," said František Ježek, the founder of ACS. "It was an honour to see these professionals in action, and I would like to thank the JŠK team for their support and for the sense of security they provided throughout the entire transaction."
"We are always pleased to step into the story and, even if only for a moment, become an active part of a strong and inspiring journey," said Tomáš Doležil. "This transaction undoubtedly represents one, and all indications suggest that the right partners have come together. We wish them every success in this new chapter together."
