We advised on sale of 100% stake in Saleskit to Team.blue Group

JŠK provided legal advice to the founder of the Czech technology company Imper CZ s.r.o., which develops the sales-tech platform Saleskit, in the sale of a 100% stake to the European technology group Team.blue.

Imper CZ has been active on the Czech technology market since 2009. Its Saleskit platform, which integrates the Merk and Leady tools, is used by thousands of sales professionals and marketers. Clients include companies such as Seznam.cz, ČSOB, Foodora and Canon.

The European technology group Team.blue operates in 22 countries, including the Czech Republic, and provides services to more than 3.3 million companies and entrepreneurs in web hosting, e-commerce, digital security and domain management.

The integration will, for the first time, give Czech companies access to an extensive pan-European database of companies and contacts that has so far been available mainly to large Western European players. It also includes close cooperation with Leadinfo, a leader in identifying corporate website visitors in Western Europe, which has been part of the Team.blue group since 2022. As a result, Saleskit's data coverage will expand from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the entire European Union — covering more than 20 million companies and 200 million contacts.

The JŠK legal team was led by partner Tomáš Doležil, with significant support from senior associate Tomáš Quirenz in an executive role and assistance from junior lawyer Zita Ležatková.
