Did you know that this year it is possible to apply for reimbursement of costs for legal services related to intellectual property?

Under Europe's Ideas Powered for Business programme, two vouchers of up to EUR 2,250 can be requested, from which EU-based SMEs can finance up to 90% of their costs for IP diagnostic services and creation of an effective intellectual property strategy as well as trademark or industrial design registration or patent filing process.

Vouchers can be requested until 16 December 2022, but the total amount of money in the programme is limited, so do not wait too long. Our intellectual property expert Hana Císlerová will advise you on whether and how to apply for vouchers and how they can be used.
