Daniel graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2016, and in 2018 he received his LL.M. from Maastricht University in the Globalization and Law program. He received his JUDr. degree in 2019 following a successful defense of his thesis on Reorganization and its importance in Czech insolvency law. He is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and his dissertation research centers on the implementation of the Restructuring and Insolvency Directive with a focus on preventive restructuring.

He has gained work experience in several Czech law firms, where he gradually focused on energy law, M&A, and litigation and insolvency.

He became a lawyer in 2022.

In March 2024, he joined the JŠK litigation team.

He is fluent in English.
