Eduard graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2026. In his thesis "The Role of Supreme Judicial Authorities in the Czech Republic for the 21st Century" he attempted to propose a concept for a decentralized judicial system for civil litigation, drawing on the insights of Hans Kelsen and Eugen Ehrlich. In addition to legal theory, he also focused on commercial law and ADR during his studies.

Eduard has been with JŠK since 2025, focusing on arbitration and complex infrastructure projects, including PPPs.

He is also an experienced pianist.

He is fluent in English.
