Eliška graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she defended her master’s thesis on the topic of "Parity Clauses in EU Competition Law".

Prior to joining JŠK, she worked in the field of litigation funding, focusing primarily on the private enforcement of competition law. She also gained experience as a paralegal in a Czech law firm and in public administration.

During her studies, she was also involved in organizing a number of local and international events under the auspices of ELSA (European Law Students' Association), including serving as President of ELSA Prague.

Eliška has been with JŠK since April 2022, where she focuses on financial markets regulation, IT regulation and e-commerce, competition law, and dispute resolution.

She is fluent in English.
