Filip graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2024 with a thesis on “Housing Cooperative as a Loan Agreement Party.” During his studies, he focused on commercial and financial law.

He gained work experience during his studies both at a Czech law firm and as a paralegal in a legal department of a major banking institution. After completing his studies, he worked as a junior lawyer at a large international law firm. He has been with JŠK since 2025, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

He is fluent in English.
