Jana graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2025 with a master’s thesis in the field of information and communication technology law on the topic “The Right to Be Offline and Its Enshrinement in the Legal System.” She also obtained a master’s degree from the Faculty of International Relations and European Studies at Metropolitan University Prague. During her studies, she completed a two-semester study stay in France.

She gained professional experience at both Czech and international law firms. At JŠK, she focuses on litigation and regulatory matters, particularly in the field of ICT law.

She is fluent in English and French.
