Nick studied law at King's College, University of London. He became a lawyer in 1992.

Prior to founding JŠK, he worked for several international law firms in London, Tokyo and Prague.

He advises banks, corporations and governments on a number of M&A projects, privatisations and corporate and commercial matters not only in the UK but also in other major countries around the world.

He focuses on the entire spectrum of business sectors with a special emphasis on telecommunications.
