Stanislav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2026 with a master’s thesis entitled "Non-contractual Legal Institutions of the Use of Copyrighted Work: Exceptions, Limitations, Public Domain and Related Issues of Generative AI." During his studies, he focused on civil law, in particular copyright law.

He gained work experience during his studies in Czech law firms as a paralegal, as well as working as a court clerk and in a non-profit organization focused on consumer protection. He has been with JŠK since 2025, where he focuses on employment law, litigation, and regulation.

He is fluent in English.
