JŠK advised the SUDOP Group on the sale of a majority stake in VSP DATA a.s., a company specialising in the provision of complete customer services and support in reverse logistics.

"At the end of 2023, SUDOP INVEST and SUDOP REAL from the SUDOP Group, which represents more than 70 companies in the field of project, engineering and IT activities, agreed with HP TRONIC Zlín on the transfer of its majority share in VSP DATA," said Stanislav Lín from the SUDOP Group. "We would like to thank the minority owners for the more than 20 years of fruitful collaboration, which has enabled us to build a modern repair centre with pan-European reach. We wish all parties involved on going dynamic development and success in their pursuit of new business activities."

JŠK's transaction team was led on the seller's side by partner Tomáš Doležil in cooperation with associate Jana Pospíšilová in a key executive role. Financial advisory services were provided by Raiffeisen Bank.

"With the year-end, we mark another successfully completed transaction for our long-term client," said JŠK partner Tomáš Doležil. "This time instead of an acquisition it was the sale of a group of companies led by VSP DATA. The transaction was not easy, but I think everyone is satisfied with the result."
