JŠK provided legal advice to Abris Capital Partners and its newly established holding company Alsendo (previously apaczka) in the acquisition of a majority stake in Zaslat.cz, the leader among Czech internet shipping services.

Zaslat s.r.o. is the leading parcel intermediation platform in Czechia present on the market since 2014. The company has a strong presence also in the Slovak market and has been piloting its solutions in South Africa. Zaslat handles approximately 50,000 parcels per month with a primary focus on individual and small business customers. Additionally, it successfully launched software offering aimed at large ecommerce clients.
